For one the properties are not negative equity, and the properties are family owned. The investors are my mom and my uncle, if you want to "publicly call me out" that's perfectly fine. The properties do have equity, I don't know what you're talking about and where you're getting your information. Plus if the properties were purchased in a different way then your sub2 investing there would be positive cash flow. You had asked me for mortgage information on the properties. And disclosing actual information on my deals? I asked you numerous times what you wanted and I sent you everything, what more do you want me to disclose? That the properties are under my families name? And if you want to talk about being an investor why don't you first take that generic picture of your so called car off every website you register on. You do the same things many people do, finding craigslist buyers, very good information, where did you learn to do that?

The point is you said you mislead when you stated you owned these properties.

It doesn't matter how you cut it, there still negative cashflow, I wanted to point out you were claiming positive cashflowing deals.

Fadie...........The whole point of this was simply to inform others that you are not disclosing that you do not own these properties.

You are trying to sell properties that are not yours. You also were claiming equity and cashflows. I've still got the spreadsheet you sent stating that info. I spoke to your uncle today and I asked him point blank," Are you trying to sell me negative cashflowing and negative equity properties" he said Yes!

I have also reviewed these properties and they are indeed negative cash flow. Not only that, the mortgage to current value is upside down and they are near future short sales.

I also read the original posts and the poster claimed that he owned 15 properties or so all with positive cash flow. First off, if you are not on title, you don't own the properties. Just beacues your family owns them does not mean you do unless you are both on title which you are not because I checked.

And if you want to talk about being an investor why don't you first take that generic picture of your so called car off every website you register on. You do the same things many people do, finding craigslist buyers, very good information, where did you learn to do that?
Many very successful investors on this site and others do not post pictures of themselves and use generic avatars, including YOURSELF!
As for what Nick knows and does not is really not the issue here. The fact is, he knows enough to see right through your so called deals and now you are mad that he has "exposed you".
Plus, finding buyers using websites such as Craigs list is only a small part of the whole picture. That is one of many resources to build up buyers lists. It is free, why wouldn't an investor utilize it?

All that said, lets not turn this into a pissing contest. It really has no place on BP. This community is filled with quality people who know what they are doing and when someone misrepresents themselves, they run the risk of being called on it. We are not fools.

I validate Nick's post. I was on the phone call with Nick this morning (he's mentoring me) and he did ask him "are trying to sell negative cash flow negative equity properties?" The gentleman on the other end said "yes". Nick replied, "I'm not interested in buying negative cash flow properties." They exchanged pleasentries and "click".
