Q2 2015 Market Report: Manhattan Rents and Sales Prices Hit Record High
I recently looked at condos in NYC and the vast majority had carrying costs of almost twice the rental rates. Also, a number that actually sold had renters that were paying $1K a month less than the carrying cost. Still think certain pockets are interesting but just crazy watching what is going on.
