I cant swing the deal at his time so I'm passing it on. Seller has a house that currently appraises for approx 750,000. It still needs a little more work and it should sell for 1.2m. He will take 580k for it. PM me for sellers contact info. Seller is a friend of mine so I dont plan on making any commissions on it or anything like that.
The property is in a neighbor hood by a PGA golf course, neighbors are a pro golfer and an oil company CEO

I have the appraisal and pictures of the property from before they added 1000 sq ft and started the remodeling.

Seller has an additional 1.7m in property in Oklahoma that he will sell for 800k. He is willing to get very creative on the financing.
