Our 'Luna Phuket' development ( [REMOVED] ) are walled garden detached pool villas with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms only
800 metres from the beautiful Layan beach on Phuket's stunning west coast.

We have only 3 Villas remaining and the prices of the remaining Luna Phuket homes are from 17.25 million Baht (US$490,000) to
17.95 million Baht (US$510,000) dependant on plot size as all 3 remaining properties are identical and only the land sizes vary.
We have sold 7 properties in the last 6 months leaving only villas 1, 8 and 9 still available at this time.

There are also monthly maintenance costs which include pool cleaning and chemicals, on-site management, gardening both in the villas and common areas, common area cleaning and lighting, 24 hour security and much more will be 15,000 Baht (US$325) per month. The only other costs would be your own utilities ie water, electricity etc which you are charged for directly by the supplier at cost. The lots are shown on the 'Site Plan' section of our website with sizes and layout. The only difference in the price is the land size of each plot as all homes are identical being 210 square metres built-in and on plots ranging from 450 to 500 sq. metres.

We can provide upto 50% financing, direct from the developer if so desired for upto 5 years at 7.75% interest.

We have full time (9am to 6pm x 6 days per week) on site management.

Should you choose to let out your home whilst not in residence you can expect to earn approximately 6.5% of the purchase price per annum
whilst still getting upto 6 weeks useage per annum yourself. This is not a requirement of purchase but is upto you if you wish to do so.

Built-in Sound and lighting systems (over and above the standard) can be supplied based on a customers requirements and costed as requested.
