I came across a property where the seller needs to sell to pay medical bills and such. The property he is selling already has renters in place that are wanting to eventually buy the house. They are paying $1200 /month in rent, but don't have much, if any, for a down payment.
Details about the property: Located in Lindon, Utah. 5 bdr, 3 bath, 2572 sq ft, fully finished basement built in 1996. Send me a message if interested.
