Rochester NY. Owner owes about 29k, wants to get rid of asap. Willing to let mortgage be assumed or open to all financing ideas. Its a duplex rented for 950 a month. Needs minor repairs inside outside has new paint and gutters. Monthly PITI PMT is 493$. Will let loan be taken over for 1500$.
