Hi Everyone,
I have a 47.5 arce parcel in Murrieta Ca, community of La Cresta with an approved Tentative map for a 8 / 5+ acre split. All underground utilities at property. fantastic views of the Santa Rosa Plateau (1000 acre ecological preserve) and city lights. Previous owner did all the work for you. Rough grade done, all lots have perked, Engineer on the project is available to finish.
Another foreclosure in the line of long losses. It was purchased for 1.6 million in 2006, and all the costs to this point are $900,000 and 2 1/2 years of work. I have the listing for $695,000 and the owner will carry for 2-3 years. Potential profit of $750,000. If interested call me
