Jamestown, NY who wants 6 unit + 5 unit fully rented, brings in $3,200 gross monthly for only $113k? Seller financing available with 15% down, 8% interest at 15 year armort. and 3 year balloon.
Parkersburg, WV who wants two duplexes fully rented with $2,000 gross monthly, for only $72k? Seller financing available with 20% down, 7% interest at 15 year armort. and 3 year balloon.
In all cases I direct with the seller, I negotiate with the Jamestown and Parkersburg seller these finance planes but now I don´t need these houses, I have the houses not under contract but the seller still waiting so let me know if you have interest. If you think there is any fee to me, no it´s not.
