A perfect rental property. Home is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom divided into three units: the original 2/1 and two attached 1/1's. Additional rooms are legal and labeled on records as Florida Rooms. Can rent almost 2K per month. (1,800 to be exact with Section 8)

Needs general updating for repairs which is roughly 15K.
