Is this an REDC auction? Where is the info found, Uwe?

There is a 35 MILLION dollar home in Naples Bay area. The owner is offering FREE rent. Just pay the upkeep and taxes and live for free. The taxes are $350K or 30K per month. How many FL BP members can throw in $2500 per month to live there. We need 12 families!lol Rich

Don´t know what REDC is, so I guess not this auction plattform.
Minimum bid is $1,5 million for this "home" with 4 garages, 5 living areas, 5 fireplaces, 4 story high.
The Mansion was build 2003 and the Taxes "only" $51k yearly :).

REDC is also known as auction.com. They have online bidding as well as live auctions held in hotel ballrooms held in various sites around the country.

The winning bid is still subject to bank approval. I've only attended one live auction that seemed too hyped up for my taste and the auctioneer and floor people wearing tuxedos was a little much.

The property I bid on went way over my top price so it seems the competition is homeowners, not investors. Maybe other BP members have had a different experience.
