update:
property is still avail. Buyers are showing interest in 50' SFR products, up to 75' SFR products. Also senior family residential has been talked about, along with a sort of split project for SFR and commercial.

I could not decide if i should reply to your comment, as it is overly obvious you have no clue to what your talking about. But for starters I do not appreciate you crapping in my thread, and most professional forums have rules against price knocking.

Second, if you want cheap land you can get a lot more than 65acres for 1mil. So please, stop comparing my apples to your rotten bananas and move on. You question my 135K, yet you probably did not know residential property goes upwards of 700K/ac and commercial upwards of 1.5m in this county did you?
