Discount Mortgages/Notes: Buying, Trading, Selling
Hi, my name is Ashley Guzman and I am a new investor. I have recently become aware of a strategy involving discount mortgages or notes. The strategy intrigues me and I completely understand the concept. I am also well aware of the amount of money that can be controlled and made by using it. However, I am at a loss when it comes to finding any further education concerning this method when it comes to "dealing" in discount mortgages. I know notes can be used and traded, thus giving excellent returns, but I can not-- for the life of me-- find anything ( i.e. training, or steps on obtaining, or negotiating) or-- for the lack of a better word-- squat on putting this good knowledge to use. Is anybody out there familiar with this strategy, and if so can you please help me to utilize it. I am always looking for good partners and networking companions. Thanks in advance for any response.
