Hi everyone & thanks for reading my post! 

I am looking to bankroll and launch my investing endeavors by selling a property that my family has owned since 1940. Clearly it's old, and will need updating but recent comps in the area have sold at pretty substantial prices considering its AV. 

What strategy can I utilize to get a cash buyer interested even though the property is not located in a "POPULAR" city and I am not located in North Carolina?
