What hobbies or activities did you give up when you discovered real estate investing?
For me it was listening to music. I hate silence especially in the car so I would always be listening to music. However the BP podcasts and audio books now dominate my phone. I even removed all the music from my phone to make room so I could download every BP podcast and listen to them from the start.
Also luckily for me the NBA playoffs had just finished so there was no more night time TV viewing left for me. I wonder if that will continue once the season kicks off again...
