2) Borrowing $5M to $49M - No Credit Check, 6% Interest Only, 5 Year Term, 100% LTV, refundable commitment fee, negotiable payment deferrals, *** Close In 45 to 60 days
3) Borrowing $50M to $2B - No Credit Check, rates start at 2% Interest Only, 3 Year Term, refundable commitment fee, 100% LTV, need 10% to 20% personal investment in transaction or program will loan that to borrower as well, *** Close in 30 to 45 days
