Source for Down Payment Assistance for Commercial Real Estate Deals

I invest in commercial properties nationwide using JV partnerships. We are now in a position to act as a private lender, providing down payment assistance in commercial deals. I frankly don't care about your credit, I do, however, care about the strength of the deal.

Please let me know if you have a commercial deal that requires down payment assistance.
