We are offering a Hedge Loan with a minimum loan of 100k and no max. We do not underwrite the borrower, nor do we underwrite the property. We only underwrite free trading stock. If you or your client has free trading stock; we can lend up to 85% of the current trading value without liquidating the stock. We believe this product to be much stronger than what a typical stock broker can put forth as our Hedge Loan as no margin calls and is NON recourse and has much higher leveraging abilities. Our rates are starting at 4.9%, payments are typically only due quarterly, making it ideal for short term investors. We can fund these loans in as little as 3 days.
