There is a way for those who are looking to obtain funding for real estate deals - purchase an aged corp.
An aged corp provides you w/ the necessary years that banks and lenders are looking for.
there paydex scores are were they need to be which is 80.
they able to get larger amount of funding sometimes up to $500,000 to $1 mil.
