For project managers, we have lenders who will loan 80% on approved projects and this program then is a preferred method for

project developers to generate the necessary 20% equity to get the balance of the project funded from those lenders.

All transfers and holding accounts are in U.S.A. banks. The nature of trading involves very little risk if any.

To Begin The Application Process, The Client Submits:

• Client Information Sheet (CIS),
• Proof of funds (POF),
• Non-Circumvention Agreement (NCND) provided upon request

Client then receives the Letter of Commitment (LOC) spelling out specific terms and conditions with further instructions.
