bout $300, no job, no credit(got denied card) is there any way i can flip houses?
how do i find the money to start flipping? i talked to banks and got denied, and credit card and got denied. i know the solution is getting a job. but till than if i were to find a house that was a great flip how would i find the money?
is another investor or family member the only way for me to find funding?
