Underwriting Every Three Months...
I am currently using a portfolio lender (Union Savings Bank) to blanket investment properties for rehab and resale. I have decent W2 income and am beginning my transition toward full-time investing. My current strategy is a "rinse and repeat" rehab and resale of 4 SFH properties this year. My concern is the potential impact to my credit (and the general pain) to go through underwriting every time I sell a property and acquire a "new" loan...has anyone been in this position before? Any guidance or advice?
