Trying to close private deal
I am working a private deal where the seller has contacted multiple cash buyers. I have the best offer so far but she is taking her sweet time to accept my offer. I think she is contacting more buyers to try to beat my offer. Should I contact her and give her a deadline for when I will withdraw my offer? Or just wait to see what she does?
Any suggestion would be great, thanks!
