Has anyone put in a wine chiller into one of their units?

For the main unit of my complex, I've left a space in the kitchen island for a wine chiller/beverage center. Now I'm having second thoughts about putting one in. Mainly because it's another thing to fix if it breaks down. Also, I'm afraid the technology just isn't there yet.
I was wondering if anyone has put one of these in? What was the result? Insights on the ROI? Any models that are landlord friendly?
I believe the feature would be a good fit for the neighborhood, a trendy part of L.A. I don't even drink much wine, but I think they look cool, and would help to differentiate the unit.
