Wholesale - Rehab question
I am in the middle of trying to close a deal and have a question pertaining to the rehab part of it. I've read here on BP of using a GC (general contractor) to give you an estimate on how much the total rehab should be. I have also heard that you can break down the rehab into parts, like if you need plumbing and the floors done to get a plumber and a carpenter to give you a estimate on each. I've also read that you can hire a handyman to give you a estimate and let him do the work for you because it's usually cheaper but I honestly don't trust that option. Long story short I just would like to know the best route to take to find your total rehab cost so I can have the info I need to take to investors
