Jul 03 '09, 12:04 PMI am traveling with my wife for her job for the next year. So I am in one location for 3 months and then we move to the next location for 3 months. (Shes a traveling nurse) We choose where we want to go, and the hospital foots the bill.
We will be purchasing a house in a year, and I want nothing more than to wholesale pre-foreclosures and probate properties. However this is difficult to do without a permanent fax machine and mailing address.
I was wondering if there is anybody out there who would like to partner on some deals that they havent got the time to call or write and I would be happy to do the leg work and take a share of the profits. Im not expecting a 50-50 take, just a reasonable amount for calling and figuring out what it is they want to do with they're property. Because they are your leads, and you will be navigating the deal, as far as the paper work and such goes.
(You have too many or not enough time to deal with all your leads. Instead of selling them for $200, I will call them for you, get mortgage info, personal info and what theyre looking for and send it back to you.)
Just an Idea, let me know if its a bad one.
