Hi Everyone -

We have one investment property in St. Louis, MO currently S8 occupied. We are unhappy with our current Property Management Company - no follow-up, poor record keeping, difficult to get a hold of. We live in NYC, so having an excellent and reliable PM is KEY.

If anyone has a recommendation for an honest, tried and true PM company who is familiar with S8, please let me know. Much appreciated and thanks, everyone!
