I found a great deal on multi family 4 units complex in Atlanta area, I have money for down payment but it might go as a cash deal due to really low price and multiple offers. The rent in the neighborhood ranges from $650 - $750 a unit. The whole complex is priced at $89900 and will go this week for sure. Let me know if anyone is interested in partnering and getting the complex together. PM for more details. The same complex in worse condition sold last month on the same road for $180k.

The property is between peachtree industrial and hwy 400 in norcross. The neighborhood is not the greatest but the area is pretty nice, considering the price it's selling at.
