I am looking to sell a property in Chicago, IL. We are selling it for $29500 and would like to offer $5000 to whomever can help us get it sold.

It is a 2 unit building that needs about $38k worth of repairs and can be rented out for $600 upstairs unit and $700 for main level unit. Or it could be turned back into a SFH and turned into a section 8 rental, which is in high demand, and rented for $1300 per month (repair costs of $34000).

Anyways I have all of the details in a PDF if you can help me get it sold.

Hey will what is the ARV and Zip Code on this property? May fit profile for an investor I am working with should ARV and locality be favorable.

The zip code is 60827 and the ARV is $106,000. I hope this helps and thank you so much for your help!
