i have some serious bulk REO inventory. I mean SERIOUS. I can get cash buyers property packages for 40 cents on the dollar. I can e-mail out my latest set of inventory in excel spreadsheet format at any time. These properties move extremely quickly. I'll get them, and within 72 hours they'll be gone, that's how hot the deals are right now. The banks just want as much money as they can get and are accepting just about every single offer on their REO inventory. So if you have cash buyers, forward them this list, or take a look at it for yourself, you won't be disappointed. You, and/or your buyers will need to get pre-qualified to purchase these properties by providing a proof of funds letter from your bank or your private lender's bank to me that I will present to my partners. Once your proof of funds are cleared you or your buyers can proceed to purchase from every list I come across. From the time you read this post, you'll have about 24 - 72 hours before my current inventory is sold and I'll be on to the next set, so you've gotta be able to move quickly, and you or your buyers must be able to close within 10 days.
