I am a new investor who pretty much has everything down...I have a good stradegy, and most of the items (contracts, signs, letters, etc...) that I need. I just really would prefer to meet with someone and have them walk me through my first couple of deals.

Compensation? I'm not sure what would be fair on this but I'm guessing a portion of the money I make on those deals.

I live in Streamwood, which is about 15 minutes from the Woodfield area.

Best of luck with finding a mentor. I started investing 7 years ago so I am not really in the place to mentor you, but I will say the most important thing is surrounding yourself with a great team. You certainly are on the right website to find that team.
