I have clients looking for commercial deals in KC and any Kanas and Missori areas that is well populated. Here is a basic criteria. Non listed deals preferred.
$5-$50M in multi family in Chicagoland and the midwest. Ohio, Kansas, Indiana and Missouri are fine also as long as they are in well populated towns and cities.
1 buyer (my partner and I) at 50-500 units outside Chicagoland same areas.

Hi Regina,
I currently have 3 houses I just bought in KC, and am in the process of refinancing them (not the easiest thing to do these days). Once I have them refinanced I will be looking for more. I am primarily concentrating on SFRs that cash flow, preferably with Section 8 tenants.
Right now I'm purchasing from an investor who does the rehabs and actually gets the tenants in. If you found a house that needed only very minor rehab I would be interested in hearing about it.
If you found one that needed more than just minor rehab, I would probably refer you to the investor who is setting these up on the front end for me.
When you get new deals in, could you email them to me? I look forward to seeing what you have.
