it is just under 3 acs on a creek with several large oak trees. mostly cleared and reday ro go with utilities and sewer all available.
currently zoned for 51 apts, but i think (though i haven't confirmed with city yet) you could get more beds if you use common areas, etc, instead of full apts.
someone with experience in building and running assisted living facilities would know better.
any further question i can be reached by phone at 619-807-3179, or e-mail at jimnsusan1129@msn.com.

That's definitely a growth market, what with the aging baby boomers. I do know that Carlyle Group (corp motto; " War, what is it good for? Our profits" .) is big int this, in fact it's a pretty major player.
Based on what we saw when looking for a place for my MIL I'd say 51 units might not be big enough to get great profits. Most of them had an assisted living wing, and a hospital wing.
Good luck though.

that is why i think, since it is zoned for 51 seperate units, we can get upwards to around 200 beds, but not positive.
