the 800 hectares can be sold in sections.... we are open to any offers to buy.... please keep in mind that smaller sections will have a higher selling price....

you can submit your offer to buy...and we can submit it for the owner's approval...... also... the buyer will be required to set up a Mexican corporation in order to purchase commercial property larger than 2000 m2...

this process takes anywhere from 30 to 45 days...depending as to how soon the buyer wants to proceed....

we have a quicker avenue to get a Mexican corporation...and it can be set up in a matter of days.... basically this is done by buying an existing Mexican corporation....

Kino bay is beautiful! I have several friends that retired there after vacationing. That will be a beautiful addition to the area. Nice job Rafael.
