I'm still a fairly new investor. I have a pretty good understanding of the basics to investing (my primary focus being wholesaling for now), but I need someone to help guide me through the specifics and details of everything.

If anyone in the Chicagoland area is willing to help, it would be more than appreciated. I am just looking for someone to help coach, not take over.
