I desperately need wholesalers. I have 2 homeowners who I have met with and taken information and are in need of shortsales and their houses contract flipped or someone who will actualy purchase it and flip it. All you need to do is meet with them and get their shortsales done. They are ready to go, no marketing, no cold calls. They are motivated and ready to sign. I am in Missouri and one house is in Independence and the other is in Harrisonville. I scouted them out and just want a referral or finders fee, which ever you want to call it.

Regina, let me know if these are still available, I may be
interested in the short sale- However, To be upfront I would
not be able to pay any fee until the whole transaction closes-
meaning- I make some mullah, you make some mullah,
simply negotiating a short sale does not make any $$ and
can be very time consuming.
N-E- how, post me on the status.
