I am an appraiser who finds good geals on investment properties. I am looking for an investor/mentor to partner up with on some flips. I have a few properties right now that have a decent amount of equity in them, which would allow for a profit of more than 20k per deal. I live in the Fresno area. Check out all of the REIA's in your area....that is the quickest way to find a local partner and mentor.

I would, however, Fresno for some reason does not have an active REI club. I have found 4 or 5 different clubs, all of which have contact numbers that are disconnected and e-mail adresses that are return to sender. I figured this would be a good place to search one out.
