i have several very high end deals here in the vero beach florida area. i am a reo agent here and know what is REAL and what is not ! no better time to take these properties down. and if you check into vero beach florida you will be surprised to see it ranks #4 in the country for millionares !!

Tim I have turnkey cashflow deals in the Jackson, MS market. An example is a turnkey deal I have now at 2504 Belvedere Drive in Jackson, MS 39204. It is rented with property management in place and will cashflow positive over $200/month. It will appraise for between $58k and $60k+ and I'm looking for $34,900. Let me know if you are interested in deals like this one ... I have several. I also have deals on fix & flip for retail and a couple of duplexes that I haven't started the rehab on yet that will cashflow very nicely.
