Good Morning, everyone. I'm Dave and I'm new to this great site. I discovered it yesterday while doing a gooooogle search, and I've been poring through all the great features ever since.

Anyway, I wanted to say hi and provide a little background: I'm new to the investment world, but I've been fortunate enough to find a few partners to help me get my feet wet here in Columbus, Ohio. Between us, we have built a list of over 10000 real estate investors nationwide. These folks are in all parts of the country, and are looking to pick up income-producing single family homes and duplexes.

I am looking to hook up with investors who specialize in REO, foreclosure, short sales, wholesales, rehabs, and any other property strategies that leave a good equity position available for the end investor. I will not market empty or inflated deals to my buyers. If you have properties on the books that meet the following criteria, please contact me:

-20% equity position after all repairs, closing costs, and assignment fee.
-owner financing or other creative terms will be considered.
-Looking for properties as close to turnkey (if not already rented) as possible.
