I'm looking for a partner and/or mentor who can provide financing for great deals in Jackson, TN.

I'm mainly looking to wholesale/rehab and some rentals. You would have ultimate right to refuse/accept the deal.

I would be willing to split the deals 60/40 (you taking 60 and me taking 40). Everything will be worked out in a fully executed contract.

For background's sake, my 9 to 5 job is being an Executive Director of the orchestra here in Jackson. I hope that fact offers some validity to the request.
