1st deal is in Edmund, Oklahoma. I have the appraisal on the property before 1000sq ft was added and before remodeling started. The appraisal is for 725k. Remodeling could be finished in a month with approx 40k. The appraiser said it should be worth 1.2 m when that is done. Seller wants 580k for the property as he is pre foreclosure. The property is by a PGA golf course and has some big names in the PGA, and oil industry for neighbors.

2nd deal, same seller. 1.7m portfolio of property in oklahoma for 800k.

Seller is willing to get creative on the financing
