Not as of right this moment Joshua, but as I mentioned in the blog, my girlfriend is a realtor and I have acess to the MLS anytime. There are many 2-3 bedroom homes available in this area ( Central Jersey Shore) in the 150,000 - 250,000 range. My idea is to find a house(s) that are in need of structural repair or water problems.These are the houses that banks will typically not mortgage and sellers drop listing prices significantly. This is where I come in People do not realize just how inexpensive it is to repair these types of problems. ( Material costs) Contractors charge alot of money because of the discomfort of doing that type of work If I had an investor to present a deal to, I could research and come up with something within a week. The other little gold mine in this area is the water front/view. There are so many little shacks around here that I can make beautiful homes and would be high end selling homes but I need financial resources to work with. Cash Talks the loudest.
