I have been working with a realtor in Cincinnati, Ohio for almost a year now and he specializes in REOs. He currently lists properties for company exclusively in Cincinnati and they are incredible deals and are only 7 day listings because they are priced so low.

If anyone is interested in investing or currently is investing in Cincinnati, please email me. I am not looking for a fee just for you to contact the listing agent on these properties directly.
