Well I've got the Sears tower under contract and I want to flip it to Bill Gates so I'm going to need that $50 Mill right about now :mrgreen:

You got a steal on the Tower if you only need 50 Mil. I was quoted a much higher price for the building!!!

I thought I had it under contract, I knew I should have recorded the memorandum of contract, to cloud the title :lol: :idea:
