I have two high quality homes forsale not listed but being sold preferably together in Brookhaven(Buckhead) area of Atlanta both appraiseed recently for 1.3 and 1.2 selling for 750-825K.If investor have renters already in,if to be used for personal home renters can be out 30-60 days.
