I don't like to deal with reo's but I will if it is a good enough deal. I want homes that are priced at 70% of fmv and I would like to work directly with the owners. If its a reo 60%. The area doesn't matter only SFR's though.

if your looking for true wholesalers........we're not going to let you deal directly with the homeowners. That would make us bird dog and risk our position as the wholesaler.

I'd be more than happy to throw all kind of %70ARV deals, but no direct contact with the seller will be allowed

Looks like a dead end people.

Side note: In a wholesaler position, I agree with Nick. I would not allow any direct access to my sellers either. I would take ownership or interest of the property and you as the "buyer" would deal directly with me - "the seller"
