Looking to get back into RE Investing. Some experience but just as we got into investing actively, the Army took us away BUT now we are back and ready to get busy. I am still active duty but wife has the experience, motivation, etc. to turn leads to cash. She knows how to do foreclosures and the works. Interested mainly in good solid leads-subject tos, light rehabs, wholesales, etc. in Central Texas area (of course will pay fee to you for the leads) We would be interested in partnering or having a mentor who is a serious investor on leads in Central Texas ( including Houston area also) where you may have good leads and not be able to get to the buyers or properties quickly. We can work together and profit together. We are just getting back in the swing in RE Investing and prefer a seasoned investor to work with as a mentor as there is still so much we need and want to learn. Right now we have an urgent need for a subject to in San Antonio or Cibolo area. If interested please contact us. All serious offers considered. :D
