I live in CT and there are tremendous amount of deals to be made in real estate all over the state. Just this week I saw a deal for a home in desirable Stamford, CT (Fairfield County). The house is offered for 234K. The comps put the value at 350K. In this market the house could go for lower. There is over a 100K spread and the house is in good condition. 20K in updates would be plenty. There are many deals like this available but I need investors to close the deals.
