I have multiple NNN Government leased office and industrial properties with a flat 8 cap and 10 plus years remaining on the leases. All were built to suit so there is a high percentage return occupancy. Deals like these are impossible to find!

Also have Hotels, Apartments, Grocery Anchored Shopping Centers, Single Tenant NNN and other off market commercial real estate. Accredited Investors Only.
