I need serious investors that can buy quickly with cash. They also have to have experience. How long have you been wholesaling?
Do you own any properties yourself? If the deals are good, why would you get stuck with the contract.

Give me an example of one of your deals in the Skranton, Pa area.

If you have a list of buyers already, why not take some of the deals back to them, if you have this. If not, you are like many "wholesalers" fish out of water.
