There is an attorney named Gene Trowbridge that does nothing but RE syndication. I can't remember the name of his business but google his name and I'm sure you will find his contact info...

I just wanted to post a quick thanks to the people here who recommended Gene Trowbridge. I talked to him on the phone, and what a great guy! He's obviously very used to working with people who don't know anything about syndicates. He is so friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to look him up.
